Hi5 Water sports – Terms and Conditions 1. General These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, services, and activities provided by Hi5 (“the Company”). By making a booking, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 2. Booking and Payment • All bookings must be made through the Company’s approved booking channels. • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received. 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy • The Company operates a strict 48‑hour cancellation policy. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund. • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be refunded or rescheduled at the Company’s discretion. • Failure to attend a booked session (“no‑show”) will result in the full fee being forfeited. • In the event the Company must cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or operational issues, an alternative date will be offered. Refunds may be issued at the Company’s discretion. 4. Weather and Operational Conditions • Water sports activities are weather‑dependent. The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend sessions if conditions are deemed unsafe. • Decisions regarding weather and safety are made solely by the Company’s instructors and management. 5. Participant Requirements • All participants must be physically fit and able to take part in water sports activities. • Any medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities must be disclosed at the time of booking. • The Company reserves the right to refuse participation if a condition is deemed unsafe for the individual or others. • Participants must follow all instructions given by instructors at all times. 6. Safety and Conduct • Safety equipment provided by the Company must be worn as instructed. • Participants must behave responsibly and respectfully towards staff, equipment, and other participants. • The Company reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. No refund will be provided in such cases. 7. Liability • Water sports and related activities carry inherent risks. By participating, individuals accept these risks. • The Company is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage arising from participation unless caused by the Company’s negligence. • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The Company accepts no liability for lost or damaged items. 8. Equipment • All equipment provided remains the property of the Company. • Participants are responsible for any damage caused through misuse or failure to follow instructions. 9. Photography and Media • The Company may take photos or videos during sessions for promotional purposes. • Participants who do not wish to appear in such media must inform the Company in writing before their session. 10. Data Protection • Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for operational and safety purposes and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law. 11.
